The four victims, Deven Rajbonshi, Pujen Rajbonshi, Bijoy Nayak and  Phoolchand Sahu while travelling in a tempo van, were brutally attacked by the villagers of Diplunga, Assam. Considering them to be cow pickers, the villagers out of full aggression assaulted them so much that one of them named Deven Rajbonshi confronted his death and the remaining three of them got injured in such a way that they are now unable to walk and could hardly speak.

These four people were from Sootea, Assam. As investigated by the police administration they stated that they were going to buy pigs at Diplunga, Assam. They got attacked near Diplunga tea state. Further, two cows of a person named Sankat Tanti, were found to be stolen in their van, at which they were travelling. Moreover, no proof has been recovered yet regarding them to be innocent.

The three of them Pujen Rajbonshi, Bijoy Nayak and  Phoolchand Sahu are recently under medical care at a private hospital located at Biswanath, Chariali. There has been no arrest made yet, against them, due to their critical condition. Investigations are still on process by the police administration of Diplunga.

The four of them could or couldn't be the culprits of the estimated theft but the local people of the village could have call the police officials immediately to arrest them, instead of taking the life of one and critically injuring three of the others. No people have yet gained power to hurt anyone physically or mentally, nor do they possess any right to take the power of the police administration on their hands.

Similar horrific incidents like Nilutpal Das and Abhijit Nath who were viciously killed by villagers in Karbi Anglong, Assam are happening to occur frequently. The incident of Deven Rajbonshi killed and three others are injured by villagers in Diplunga, Bishwanath Charali Assam undoubtedly proved again that humanity is yet not gained by the people of our country.

Sharing over grief towards any victims, on social media ain't a solution until and unless education and sense of humanity is properly implemented in the lives of each and everyone of the country in particular and the world in general. Besides that, the government on whom the mass of population is dependent upon, should improve the present position of our state and country, without any traces to be left behind.
